- Discovery Phase: Defines
precise client needs before required decisions using a collaborative
approach that combines client knowledge related to their
business and the subject matter expertise of RBZane Advisory
Group in BC/DR planning and implementation.
- Planning
Phase:Once requirements are identified and
agreed to by the client, initial strategy is developed
providing available options, associated costs and level
of detail that allows client to decide appropriate solutions
and funding needed to support implementation phase.
- Detailed Design: Output
of planning phase with management decisions and commitments
in place, allows detailed design development and includes
all required components, such as infrastructure, personnel,
network, software, facilities and integration into operational
processes. This phase provides the detailed solution architecture
for the implementation phase that follows.
- Implementation Phase: With final
detailed design approval, the project is implemented including
testing, maintenance process development, and integration
into any operational environment that has been identified
for implementation.
