Three decades of experience in General Management, Sales, Marketing, Operations, and Product Development in the Aerospace, Information Technology Services/Software, Telecommunications and Financial Industries. While at Cerberus Capital Management Mr. Hold has led some notable projects including Global Crossing, Teleglobe of Canada, GT Telecom, and Miller Heiman International. From 1998 to 2003 as president of Infonet USA, $143 million Global Technology Company, Mr. Hold was responsible for all functions of the company’s US division, which went through the largest IPO ($750mm) in California history at that time in 1999. Additionally, He was responsible for the partnerships Infonet entered into with SBC, AT&T, MCI, and acquiring the largest client in the company’s 30 year history, Nestle Foods. From 1985 through 1997, Joe held executive positions with Comdisco, Inc., a $3.4 Billion technology Services Company, the latest was Senior Vice President. Prior to that Mr. Hold spent several years in various sales and marketing capacities at the Boeing Aerospace Company’s Services Division.
Mr. Hold has a Bachelor’s degree from Widener University and has completed post-graduate work from Widener University
