Led the creation of a Document Retention Policy. This policy created a framework which limited the amount of time electronic and paper records were stored. This process included allowing for exceptions for litigation holds and enabled improved compliance with eDiscovery rules.
Relocated Recovery Data Center from cross country in seven weeks and achieved 40% cost savings on monthly site fees. This also ensured compliance with SEC and FINRA guidelines.
Conducted over 55 site specific BIAs in the US, Asia, and EU. Used results to streamline process in production reducing cycle time.
Led incident response during 9/11, when leadership team was staying at the World Trade Center Marriott. Keep lines of communications open using Blackberry PIN messages.
Created and received Executive approval for a comprehensive Pandemic Strategy which enhanced work-from-home capabilities for 1000 employees, improving productivity.
Led Business Continuity Exercises which enhanced recovery of critical systems and published the results to Executive Management.
Drafted British Standard 25999 compliant Business Continuity Program for a proposed UK Joint Venture.
Led the team which Procurement Team which negotiated approximate annualized savings of over $3.2 million, personally negotiated in excess of $2 million in annualized savings.
